To the Committed Baseball Player,

 

The game will test you.

 

It’s filled with highs and lows, long summer nights, and moments that push your limits. And the truth is, the gap between your average self and your best self, when everything clicks, isn’t about mechanics or talent. It’s mindset.

Over the years, I’ve played around the world and coached at the Division I level. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful mental training can be, not just for performance, but for confidence, resilience, and joy in the game.

For me and many players I’ve worked with along the way, that training happened on the bus. A few quiet minutes to reset, refocus, and get locked in before stepping onto the field changed everything.

That’s why I created On the Bus Training, a simple platform to help you train the mental side of your game. Short, guided sessions you can fit into your routine that help you get grounded, stay focused, and compete with a clear head.

This is for the player who wants more. More clarity, more consistency, and more presence between the lines.
